Branding BC’s diverse and historic Pacific experience.

At a seaside enclave located in Richmond, BC there is an annual festival celebrating spot prawns and other seafood. This festival is a huge tourism draw for the little community and part of their larger coastal identity. Previously branded under the Tourism Richmond brand, I was tasked with creating a new, independent identity that would allow the festival to have its own voice for years to come. Using the icon of the festival, I crafted a logo based on the “S” from Steveston and worked in the spot prawn.
